The 13 - member Mob's inimitable offerings include Victorian parlor songs, Sacred Harp hymns, jazz and doo - wop, 1920s radio gospel, scary old children's ditties, Tin Pan Alley numbers, English folk tunes, temperance anthems - you name it.
Lincoln Center Presents Kicks Off November 2012 Programming
The third season of Lincoln Center's White Light Festival continues in November with "The Spirit of the Body," a work by dancer/choreographer Malavika Sarukkai showcasing her exquisite interpretations of South India's classical dance, Bharatanatyam. Accompanied by four musicians from Madras, India, the performances are presented in the intimate setting of the Baryshnikov Arts Center.

The NBC debate broadcast was number one across the board in total viewers and all key demos, averaging over 12.391 million total viewers and 5.840 million viewers aged 25-54.
LINCOLN CENTER DIALOGUE Season Begins Today, 10/3
Providing an opportunity to hear key leaders discussing significant issues facing American society, Lincoln Center's spoken word series Lincoln Center Dialogue will begin its second season today, October 3rd in the David Rubenstein Atrium. These programs take place over breakfast, welcoming early risers and inviting audiences to discover Lincoln Center well before curtains go up. The three conversations, moderated by the president of Lincoln Center, Reynold Levy, will focus on the challenges of leadership in the university, museum, and public policy arenas. WNET, WLIW and NJ Network will again air the Dialogues (check local listings for date and time). Members of the live audience in the intimate venue will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
