Broadway Stars Perform Concert For Earthquake Victims, 6/23
ZHUMONKEYMUSIC will present a musical benefit for the victims of the massive earthquake and devastation to the Sichuan Province of China on Monday, June 23 at 7 p.m. at Evergreen Restaurant, 10 East 38 Street (between Fifth & Madison). Performers scheduled to appear include Li Jun Li (currently appearing as Liat in 'South Pacific'), Heather Parcells (Judy Turner in 'A Chorus Line'), Grammy nominee Ruben Flores, Jason Tam (Paul in 'A Chorus Line'), Ali Ewoldt (Cosette in 'Les Miserables'), Zach James ('Coram Boy,' 'South Pacific'), Aaron J. Albano ('Spelling Bee,' 'Mary Poppins'), Laura Schutter ('Mary Poppins'), Andrew Emig (New Jersey's Imperial Brass Band), Jeremy Davis ('South Pacific'), Diane Phelan ('West Side Story' 50th Anniversary Tour), Joanne Javien ('Thoroughly Modern Millie'), Christopher DiChristo (Broadway Boys), Garrett Long ('South Pacific'), and Tina Na Huang (award-winning international symphony violinist). The musical director for the concert will be Mat Eisentein.
