Review: St. Louis Fringe Fest '24
St. Louis Fringe Fest ‘24 is in the books. According to St. Lou Fringe President and Artistic Director Matthew Kerns preshow announcements the festival continues to grow and received over 90 applications from artists requesting to participate. Over six days 40 acts took one of the stages in the Grand Center Theater district and delivered nearly 100 performances.
'RED HOT PATRIOT,' Starring Rhonda Brown, Comes to The Clocktower Cabaret
Starring Rhonda Brown, the acclaimed play, "Red Hot Patriot - The Kick-ass Wit of Molly Ivins," will be presented at The Clocktower Cabaret today and Saturday, October 7th and 8th at 8pm, and Sunday, October 9th at 7pm (fundraiser). The club is located in the historic D&F Clock Tower at 1601 Arapahoe Street in Denver.

The Colorado Theatre Guild Announces Nominees for the Upcoming Henry Awards
The Colorado Theatre Guild's 9th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd in Arvada, Colorado. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and a silent auction. The awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by an after-party. Tickets are $23 for CTG members (limit 2 per person), $30 non-members or $50 VIP. Tickets go on sale beginning July 1 by phone only through the Arvada Center Box Office by calling 720-898-7200.

The play tells the story of the unsinkable Molly Ivins, the famously brassy newspaper columnist and best-selling author. A true Texas original, Ivins was a sharp-tongued wit who skewered the political establishment and the 'good ol' boys' with her unforgettable humor and wisdom. The play celebrates Ivins' courage and tenacity - even when a complacent America wasn't listening.
