Long Island University Appoints Tom Dunn New Executive Director of Tilles Center for the Performing Arts
Long Island University announced that Tom Dunn will serve as the new executive director of the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Dunn has had an illustrious career in arts management highlighted by more than 16 years in leadership positions at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He most recently served as executive director of the Southampton Arts Center since 2018. He will assume the new position effective Aug. 15, 2022.

Lincoln Center to Exhibit Site-Specific Sculptures by Aaron Curry
Lincoln Center has commissioned fourteen monumental, site-specific sculptures by Los Angeles-based artist Aaron Curry, it was announced today by Reynold Levy, President of Lincoln Center. This major exhibition, Lincoln Center's second post-redevelopment free public art initiative, will be installed on Josie Robertson Plaza from October, 2013 through January, 2014.
Lincoln Center Presents Kicks Off November 2012 Programming
The third season of Lincoln Center's White Light Festival continues in November with "The Spirit of the Body," a work by dancer/choreographer Malavika Sarukkai showcasing her exquisite interpretations of South India's classical dance, Bharatanatyam. Accompanied by four musicians from Madras, India, the performances are presented in the intimate setting of the Baryshnikov Arts Center.
LINCOLN CENTER DIALOGUE Season Begins Today, 10/3
Providing an opportunity to hear key leaders discussing significant issues facing American society, Lincoln Center's spoken word series Lincoln Center Dialogue will begin its second season today, October 3rd in the David Rubenstein Atrium. These programs take place over breakfast, welcoming early risers and inviting audiences to discover Lincoln Center well before curtains go up. The three conversations, moderated by the president of Lincoln Center, Reynold Levy, will focus on the challenges of leadership in the university, museum, and public policy arenas. WNET, WLIW and NJ Network will again air the Dialogues (check local listings for date and time). Members of the live audience in the intimate venue will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
