Actress and singer Francesca Capetta will be performing with The Caravan of Angels Foundation on Monday Oct 14th LIVE on ABC. The performance will be the Grand Finale of the 75th Annual Columbus Day Parade that will be held in New York City, on 5th Avenue. The Parade celebrates Italian-American heritage, culture and achievements and expects over one million live spectators. Ms. Capetta's performance will also be broadcast internationally.

ORPHANS Announced At Access Theater This Month
'In a run-down house in North Philadelphia live two orphan brothers: the reclusive, sensitive Philip, sealed off in a world of StarKist tuna and Errol Flynn movies, and Treat, a violent pickpocket and thief. Into this ferocious and funny world enters Harold, a mysterious, wealthy, middle-aged man who is kidnapped by Treat, but who soon turns the tables on the two brothers, changing forever the delicate power balance of their relationship. Both hilarious and heartbreaking, Orphans is a story of the universal love of a father for his son, and a sons need to live his own life.'
Alabama Shakespeare Festival To Present New Production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC
Alabama Shakespeare Festival will present a new production of The Sound of Music beginning November 15, 2018, directed by ASF Artistic Director Rick Dildine. The Sound of Music features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, and book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse (suggested by "The Trapp Family Singers" by Maria Augusta Trapp.)

Princeton Summer Theater's 2017 season opens next Thursday, June 22ndth with Stephen Schwartz and Roger O. Hirson's Pippin. A multiple Tony Award-winning musical, Pippin is a mystical coming of age tale of adventure. A mysterious troupe, spearheaded by the enigmatic Leading Player, follows a young prince as he sets out to discover his purpose in the world. Schwartz's iconic music establishes Pippin as a breathtaking story that explores what it means to live a truly extraordinary life.

The Tony-nominated Best Musical by Frank Wildhorn and Nan Knighton, The Scarlet Pimpernel, returned to the New York stage at Feinstein's/54 Below for a one-night-only celebration of its tempestuous and much-beloved score. The concerts featured cast members from the original THREE Broadway versions of the show as well as additional stars who would likely be cast in the show if it were revived today. Once again, New York City audiences got the chance to hear songs like 'Into the Fire,' 'Falcon in the Dive,' 'When I Look at You,' 'Storybook,' and 'Where's the Girl?' performed by stars who know how to sing them. Produced, directed, and hosted by Scott Siegel. Musical Direction by Ross Patterson.
The Arts Edge Names Rain Halbert Winner of Performing Arts Bootcamp Scholarship
The Arts Edge, an educational consulting firm, has announced the winner of its Broadway-inspired scholarship for Arts Edge Summer, a unique two-week musical theater and college prep boot camp in New York City. Rain Halbert, a 17 year old musical theater enthusiast from Titusville, Fla., was chosen from of a number of applicants to receive a full scholarship for Arts Edge Summer. The judging was led by 'Rock of Ages' star Constantine Maroulis and 'Memphis' headliner Chad Kimball.
