Rebecca has been performing and acting professionally since she was 7 years old. Rebecca is a member of SAG-AFTRA and is EMC. Rebecca has performed on Broadway (Godspell cast of 2032 as young Lindsay Mendez/Hannah Elless) and in the NYMF (My Perfect Pet in the lead role of Cailin).
Rebecca was nominated for Best Actress at the 2019 Roger Rees Awards for her portrayal of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at Oceanside High School. Rebecca was selected as a finalist at the awards ceremony.
Rebecca has performed in Equity and Regional productions on Long Island. She has previously worked at the Gateway Playhouse (Susan Waverly in White Christmas and Little Red in Into the Woods), the Argyle Theater (The Choir in The Hunchback of Notre Dame and the Batboy Choir in Batboy: A Yankee Miracle), and the CM Performing Arts Center (Annie in Annie), for which she was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical by BroadwayWorld in 2012.
Rebecca has performed as the following iconic and diverse roles: Natalie Goodman (Next to Normal), Dorothy (The Wizard of Oz), Kim McAfee (Bye Bye Birdie), Sharpay (High School Musical), Gertrude (Seussical), Annie Oakley (Annie Get Your Gun), Penny (Hairspray), Bebe (A Chorus Line), Eponine (Les Miserables), Elle Woods (Legally Blonde), and Chrissy (Hair).
Rebecca has been in films that were screened at the TriBeCa and Cannes Film Festivals, including the multi award winning film "Fool's Day" directed by Cody Blue Snider. Rebecca has been on Network TV shows including Primetime "What Would You Do," "The Daily Show" and "Sesame Street."
Rebecca has also been in many commercials including Disney, Amazon, Nickelodeon, Subway, Fidelity, UPS and Olive Garden and has voiced characters on the animated TV shows: Wonder Pets, Team Umizoomi, Sesame Street, Small Potatoes and the pilot Tobi. As a voice over artist, Rebecca has worked for many different companies doing ESL and educational videos used overseas and in the U.S.
Rebecca has been involved in performing work for various charities such as for The Make A Wish Foundation, Broadway Youth Ensemble and Kids For Kids. Rebecca has performed at the world famous Apollo Theater, Carnegie Hall, Yogi Berra Stadium, Hunter College, Molloy College, and many Broadway Cabarets throughout Manhattan.
In addition to performing on stage, Rebecca has experience directing and choreographing. She formed her own performing group called "Books Before Broadway" as a way to use music and theatre to inspire audiences to read books. The group has performed in libraries, bookstores, day camps, charity events, and many other venues, and her work earned her the Marion Sager Youth Memorial Award, given to her by the Oceanside Library. She has also choreographed productions of Spongebob: The Musical and Mary Poppins for day camp and elementary school productions.
