The PTA in Edgewater, Indiana, is making a fuss about two girls going to prom together. Enter a group of hilarious, down-on-their-luck Broadway stars who make remedying the injustice their pet project, and get ready for a laugh-a-minute uplifting ride. You'll fall in love with the characters, music, and message in this colorful, poignant show.

October 25th (The Wizard of Oz), November 8 (Pride and Prejudice), and November 22 (It's a Wonderful Life).

Fueled by the music of a band beloved by all generations and packed with explosive dance numbers and non-stop laughs, Mamma Mia! is the ultimate feel-good show. Add choreographers who performed in the Broadway show and national tour-Christopher Hudson Myers and Rachel MacIsaac-and Staples Players rendition of the smash hit is a must-see. David Roth (SHS '84) and Kerry Long (SHS '97) co-direct the cast of 63 who will appear in eight performances from November 15 - 23.
Staples Players Presents BACK TO THE 80S

Revisit the totally awesome 80's with the Class of 1984 at William Ocean High School in this nostalgic romp through the greatest hits of the decade. Most of the cast members in this high-energy show are actually in the classes of 2018 through 2023, but they've fallen as hard for the snappy songs of the 80's as the big-haired teens of the day did. One of those teens, a bonafide 1984 graduate, will take the stage for the first time in 35 years, as the show's narrator. Back to the 80's runs from July 12 to 14 and is co-directed by David Roth (SHS '84...hint, hint) and Kerry Long (SHS '97).
Staples Players Presents MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG

Directors David Roth (SHS '84) and Kerry Long (SHS '97) bring back one of their all-time favorite shows to the Staples stage: Stephen Sondheim's semi-autobiographical Merrily We Roll Along. With a brilliant 'Broadway-style' score and the deep insight one expects from any Sondheim endeavor, the musical is a spirited and moving cautionary tale for anyone who has ever pursued a dream.
