Photo Flash: First Look At Immersive JEKYLL & HYDE At Prima Theatre
Prima Theatre received special permission (Wildhorn Productions, Music Theatre International) to present an exciting adaption of the Broadway and international phenomenon. Jekyll & Hyde will be staged in an envelop- ing environment at Central Pennsylvania's newest performing arts venue, Prima's black box theatre. The musical features an electrifying score by Grammy and Tony-nominated Frank Wildhorn, and Book and Lyrics by Oscar and Grammy-winning Leslie Bricusse.

For the month of September, A.I.R. Gallery artists will show new work and create a series of site-specific installations to transform one of the 19th-century houses at Nolan Park on Governors Island. Re-enlivening its abandoned interiors, If These Walls... includes paintings, sculptures, photographs, works on paper, and site-specific installations. Inspired by the location in Nolan Park on Governors Island, the artists have envisioned works that hold conversations with the site and history of the house. If These Walls... will open today, August 29, 2014. Visiting hours are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through September, from 11am to 5pm. The exhibition will also be open on Labor Day.

5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, the explosive Off-Broadway play, has announced today that it will play a weekend of performances once a month at The SoHo Playhouse Mainstage (15 Vandam Street, NYC). Previously scheduled to play weekly performances through Sunday, January 6th, effective immediately the production is now playing four performances during the second weekend of each month beginning January 11, 2013. This monthly cycle will continue on the weekends of February 8th and March 8th. A closing date has not been announced.

Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein are asking women to "Quiche the Vote" by taking a photo of herself (not her ballot) after she votes, and uploading it to Instagram with the hash tag #5quiches and #QuicheTheVote. A special discount of $20 tickets will be offered for the October 13th-15th preview performances. During the regular playing schedule, $50 premium tickets and $40 general tickets will be available.
