The completely reimaged revival of Side Show took its much anticipated first bow on Broadway last night, October 28, at the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). Amongst the crowd for the production's first preview were super-fans of the musical and an array of stars, setting the stage for the kind of excitement normally only seen at opening nights. Directed by Academy Award-winner Bill Condon, Side Show will have its official Opening Night on Monday, November 17. When the box office for Side Show, at Broadway's St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street), opens TODAY at 10:00 a.m., the first 100 ticket-buyers on line will receive a voucher for a free copy of Side Show's recently announced, new original Broadway cast recording. Each of the cast recordings given away will be autographed by the creative team, which includes Academy Award® winning director Bill Condon, multiple Grammy Award® winning and Academy Award®, Golden Globe®, and Tony Award® nominated composerHenry Krieger, and Tony Award® nominated book writer and lyricist Bill Russell.
