The Event, 'Run for SDG 3 'Good Health and Well-Being' ', one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, hosted by the UCT International Culture Development, was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The organizer (UCT International Culture Development, Inc., a member group in consultative status with the management of the NGO of the UN Economic and Social Council) invited the executive vice chairman of China Adventure Association, the famous explorer/mountain climber/runner from Yunnan and the founder of “Colorful Yunnan·Mysterious Baima,” Feibao Jin, to attend the event and share his running life and social welfare with the guests. Sports enthusiasts from more than a dozen countries and members of UNESCO and its affiliated club centers and associations, as well as numerous guests from the art and financial sectors were invited to attend the event.

As any parent will tell you, viewing life through the eyes of a twelve year-old girl can be quite a trip and Lewis Carroll made it a trip down a rabbit hole in his beloved classic Alice in Wonderland. Wishing to honor Carroll's unique insight into this curious world, creators Michael Sgouros and Brenda Bell have created a musical that will capture the imaginations of every child ages 1 to 101. The musical premiered in NYC in 2012 and Literally Alive Family Theatre is reviving the production as a special tribute for their 20th Anniversary Off-Broadway.

Guan Gong Dance Performance at United Nations and Jamaica Performing Arts Center
This is an original dance performance to be held at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center and United Nations(Guan Gong's 1856th Birthday Anniversary. World Guan Gong Community Global Grand Opening Celebration)and is hosted by UCT International Culture Development Inc.The show tells the story of a historical hero from the three kingdoms period in China: the great general Guan Gong. Popra Nakayama (Off Broadway musicals 'Beauty and the Beast,' 'Cinderella,' 'Sleepy Hollow' and the musical Omotenashi Journey at Carnegie Hall) has created this dance performance based on jazz and theatre dance and influenced by Kung fu and fan dance and will also appear onstage as a dancer/model.

An original musical adaptation of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, inspired by the 1740 French Novella, began previews on Valentine 's Day and opens this weekend, February 27, running through April 26 at the Players Theatre, located at 115 MacDougal Street (between West 3rd and Bleeker) in the West Village. The production features a live chamber ensemble of three percussionist and cello, which hightlingts the rich somber tones of the score (by Michael Sgouros) as well as the magical dream-like tambers.
