Harlequin is the new album by the multi-hyphenate artist and singer-songwriter Sofie Royer on Stones Throw. Harlequin showcases the Viennese—and former-Los Angeleno—musician’s passion for her native city’s opera and ballet traditions as well as the baroque lyricism of cabaret, medieval performances and the court jester.

Mozart in the Jungle is being cancelled by Amazon after four seasons, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The decision was made by new chief Jennifer Salke, who began working for Amazon a few weeks ago.

Amazon Studios just celebrated the premiere of its highly-anticipated dramatic comedy series, Mozart in the Jungle. Mozart in the Jungle draws back the curtain at the New York Symphony, where artistic dedication and creativity collide with mind games, politicking and survival instincts. Based on the critically acclaimed memoir Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs & Classical Music by Blair Tindall, the series is seen through the eyes of a young oboist, Hailey (Kirke), who tries to navigate through the egos and eccentricities of a world renowned orchestra, and new conductor Rodrigo (Bernal), an enfant terrible whose PASSION for music threatens the plans of the orchestra's old guard.
