Jean Ritchie Memorial Concert to be Held Today
The Folk Music Society of NY celebrates Jean Ritchie, the "Mother of Folk", her life and music with a gathering to sing the songs that have inspired and touched so many. The concert takes place at 7:30pm at St John's Lutheran Church, 81 Christopher Street, Manhattan (just West of 7th Avenue). Contribution: General public $25, Folk Society members $20.
