LADIES MOST DEJECT Sweeps Film Festivals
“Ladies Most Deject,” a dramatic featurette directed by Martha Elcan, will compete for top prizes at the upcoming Richmond International Film Festival (RIFF) which will run Sep. 8-13, 2020. It will be part of the festival's Narrative Shorts Block II and will be virtually screened beginning on Sep. 8.
Fertility Fest Announces 2019 Programme
Fertility Fest, the only arts festival devoted entirely to the subject of the science of making babies and modern families, is now in its third year. This latest, expanded edition of Fertility Fest runs from 23 April - 18 May and is presented in association with the Barbican as part of the 2019 season, Life Rewired, exploring what it means to be human when technology is changing everything.

Woodshed Collective will present the world premiere of The Confidence Man, conceived by Woodshed Collective, written by Paul Cohen (winner of the 2008 NYCFringe best playwright award), and inspired by Herman Melville's1857 novel about a riverboat con man, beginning Tuesday, September 1 and playing free to the public on the ship Lilac, a decommissioned U.S. Coast Guard vessel docked on the north side of Pier 40, at the intersection of West and Houston streets on the Hudson River.

Ensemble Studio Theatre will present Marathon 2007, E.S.T.'s 29th festival of new one-act plays, at E.S.T. (549 West 52nd Street). Performances begin Thursday May 31st, and continue through Sunday, June 30th.
