BIO
Patrick Ward studied at The San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts High School. Upon graduating he moved to New York City where he trained at The Joffrey Ballet School, and The Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet. He then danced professionally with The Sarasota Ballet. Performing various leading roles by Sir Frederick Ashton, George Balanchine, Kenneth Macmillan, Agnes de Mille, Rudolf Nureyev, Paul Taylor and many more. He has performed at New York City Centers Fall for Dance festival, and was part of A Knight of the British Ballet, at The Joyce Theatre. He is delighted to be making his musical debut in Fame the musical en espa ol and English.

Kirsty Patrick Ward directs Tracy Ryan's extraordinary account of the Dunnes Stores Anti-Apartheid Strike which took place in Dublin from 1984 to 1987. This action would play a pivotal role in world history with Ireland becoming the first Western European state to ban South African imports and ultimately leading to the fall of the apartheid regime.
