THE FULL MONTY, with its mix of raucous humor, tender moments, and an unforgettable finale, is no small undertaking—but under the confident direction of Liz Hazlett (with a duel role of Music Director) the show shines as a triumphant celebration of resilience, camaraderie, and self-acceptance.

Even with a sentimental attachment (more on that later), Aisle Say had not visited Wilmington Drama League for years.
I reviewed FREAKY FRIDAY, starring the luminous Becky Kotsifas and antenna then sprung from my ears. Next came KINKY BOOTS (starring Catherine Callahan, who is the titular star presently), then CARRIE and last week, MARY POPPINS.

Guelph Chamber Choir to Welcome Guest Conductor Charlene Pauls for GLORY

The Guelph Chamber Choir is part-way through a search process for a new permanent Conductor and Artistic Director. Two guest conductors will each have selected, rehearsed and presented a full concert with the choir before a final decision is made. Last fall, Patrick Murray conducted a concert entitled Haven: music of protection and peace. Coming up this month, conductor Charlene Pauls presents Glory: music of light and joy on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 7:30 pm at St. George's Anglican Church.
