The Spring Lake Community House and Theatre Presents SCROOGE
The Spring Lake Community House and Theatre has announced their 38th Annual Production of Scrooge 2020 Style~~Outdoors~~It will be shorter but as joyful as ever. The production will be a reduced version of the play that has become a beloved Christmas tradition for thousands of people every December.

This award winning Broadway classic is an all-American institution. The Music Man, by Meredith Wilson and Franklin Lacey, is the liveliy, funny and romantic tale of the fast-talking Harold Hill (Ian Moore) who cons the citizens of River City into buying instruments and uniforms for their children to form a marching band. But his plans are changed once he meets the town librarian, the lovely Marian Paroo (Rebecca Madeira).

Held at the popular Skirball Center in Los Angeles, the Actors Fund's 12th annual TONY Award party was completely sold out well in advance and by far the most successful year ever by raising over $125,000, which is a tribute in itself to honoree Tommy Tune and host Florence Henderson, who was on hiatus from her own program on the RLTV network entitled 'The Florence Henderson Show.'
