The new Bucks County Playhouse Acting Apprentice Program, led by Broadway choreographer and founder of 'Steps On Broadway' Patrice Soriero, will start accepting electronic applications for its Summer 2022 program beginning Monday, January 3 until February 1.

Bucks County Playhouse recently launched new outdoor Courtyard Cabarets a?' featuring a variety of young talented artists who have previously appeared at the Playhouse. The 30-minute shows, which are free of charge, will be held every Saturday and Sunday through the summer at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The Playhouse Youth Company at Bucks County Playhouse will present a one-hour, family-friendly adaptation of the Broadway musical "Shrek, Jr." tailored especially for young audiences. The show will run July 24 - August 3, 2018, on the Bucks County Playhouse stage. There are evening performances on Wednesday, July 24 and Sunday, July 28 at 7:30 pm. Daytime performances are July 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, and August 1, 2 and 3 at 10:30 a.m.

John Timpane of The Philadephia Inquirer noted, "This company can dance up a cavalry charge: The show is a feast of surprisingly precise and athletic tap." Now the Playhouse is inviting the public to join in the fun with Tap Dance Tuesdays.
