Photos: First Look at BROADWAY BOUND at Algonquin Arts Theatre
Algonquin Arts Theatre (Pamela Ward-Executive Director) has released production photos for its winter comedy, Broadway Bound by Neil Simon. This show completes Neil Simon’s “Eugene trilogy” at the theatre following Brighton Beach Memoirs (2020) and Biloxi Blues (2021). The show runs at Algonquin Arts Theatre through January 29.
'Broadway' Ray Raises 50K For Algonquin Arts Theatre
Algonquin Arts Theatre has announced that the theater's longtime supporter, Broadway Ray” Soehngen helped the theatre raise $50,000 during July's production of Mary Poppins by leading a matching gift fundraiser. This amount surpasses the previous record of $42,000 during Algonquin Arts Theatre's production of Newsies in 2019.
Algonquin Arts Theatre Announces 2022/23 Broadway Series
Algonquin Arts Theatre has announced its 2022-2023 Broadway Series titles. Flying in to start the season is Mary Poppins followed by the theatre's August production of The Who's Tommy. In October, Man of LaMancha returns to the Algonquin Stage.

Algonquin Theatre Welcomes New Marketing Director
Algonquin Arts Theatre has announced the addition of New Jersey native Shayne Austin Miller to the theater's professional staff. Miller will fill the Director of Marketing and Communications role replacing David Applegate who recently left the theatre for a new opportunity.

Rep Stage, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Howard Community College (HCC), continues its 18th season with Heather McDonald's 'An Almost Holy Picture,' directed by Tony Tsendeas and featuring Michael Stebbins, Rep Stage's producing artistic director. Freely drawn from Pamela Ward's story 'The Hairy Little Girl,' 'An Almost Holy Picture' follows the odyssey of former minister Samuel Gentle as he travels from Massachusetts to New Mexico - and from despair to triumph - heeding a mysterious voice. 'An Almost Holy Picture' opens February 2 and runs through February 20, 2011 in the Studio Theatre of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA) on the HCC campus.
