Casting Announced For Famous Courtroom Drama A FEW GOOD MEN In St. Jacobs

Can audiences 'handle the truth?' That is the pivotal question at the centre of the famed legal drama A Few Good Men, which opens the highly-anticipated 2020 Season at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse. The hit play about military corruption and the quest for justice will be on stage for three weeks only from March 4 to March 22.

The series follows the adventures of a secret league of extraordinary historical figures with access to a sphere of reality that grows with the power of human cognition. Caught out of time in this literal Noosphere, where reality is formed and destroyed through the power of Ideas, Ada Lovelace, Nicola Tesla, and Lord Byron discover that a dark force is dismantling human history. With the help of their sentient ship, the Mary-Celeste, and a unique engine built by Charles Babbage, they locate the source of the disturbance in - 1850's America. Once there, they must partner with the Pinkerton Detective Agency and Kate Warne, the world's first female detective, to save Abraham Lincoln and possibly the world.

Simon Callow Joins Canada's 2008 Stratford Festival

Simon Callow is the latest international star to be added to the Stratford Festival's ranks. Mr. Callow will be presenting a new work of his own composition, based on Shakespeare's sonnets.
