Alumnae Theatre Company's New Play Development Group presents Big Ideas 2012, a five-day festival of full-length plays-in-progress, running today, May 2 through May 6, 2012. Readings will run Sat evenings at 8pm; Sunday at 6pm, and Sat & Sunday matinees at 2pm. Featuring new works by Ramona Baillie, Shirley Barrie, Norma Crawford, Ilene Cummings, Francine Dick, M.P. Fedunkiw, Diane Forrest, Catherine Frid, Carol Libman, Linda McCready, and Anne MacMillan, presented at the Alumnae Theatre, 3rd floor Studio, 70 Berkeley Street, Toronto.
