The Alumnae Theatre's New Ideas Festival is an annual, three-week, juried festival of new writing, works-in-progress and experimental theatre, with a different program of plays each week and staged readings on Saturdays at noon. Alumnae Theatre Company's New Play Development Group presents Big Ideas 2012, a five-day festival of full-length plays-in-progress, running today, May 2 through May 6, 2012. Readings will run Sat evenings at 8pm; Sunday at 6pm, and Sat & Sunday matinees at 2pm. Featuring new works by Ramona Baillie, Shirley Barrie, Norma Crawford, Ilene Cummings, Francine Dick, M.P.
