While the average naïve reader might think of acting as a lucrative profession, many theater actors, especially New York-based ensemble members, dona??t typically have a lot of extra cash. The 2018 Rising Stars is spearheaded by Scott Siegel, creator/writer/host of Town Hall's beloved Broadway by the Year series.

Day one- we had an orientation of Jack London State Park, which is where Transcendence Theatre Co. is housed during their summer performances. Everyone showed up with smiles on their faces ready to do whatever was necessary to get the job done. We circled up, as Artistic Director Amy Miller read inspiring quotes to gear us up for the journey ahead.
Noël & Company's LILIOM Reading Set for 4/23
Noel & Company will present a staged reading of Liliom by Ferenc Molnar at The Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South) on Tuesday April 23rd at 7PM. The reading will be the second installment in Noel & Company's festival honoring the work of Eva Le Gallienne. Artistic Director Keith Merrill will direct, and Anne Kaufman will produce the event.
