A dynamic voice in the world of classic American standards, Nick Ziobro was named the national winner of the 2012 Michael Feinstein Great American Songbook Vocal Competition, and spent a year serving as the Great American Songbook Youth Ambassador and touring with his mentor, world-renowned performer, Michael Feinstein.
When he made his New York debut at Feinstein's at Loews Regency in 2012 opening for Michael Feinstein and Marilyn Maye, The New York Times praised him for "an easy swinging confidence and charm that suggested he could evolve into another Michael Bublé."
Ziobro has earned a host of rave reviews around the country. He was hailed as "a budding young talent" by LA Weekly, and called "a radiant presence" from Edge Los Angeles, "absolutely breathtaking" by the Carmel Current and "stunning" by the Napa Valley Register.
Nick performed at the induction galas for the Great American Songbook Hall of Fame in 2012 and 2013 alongside Liza Minnelli, Barry Manilow, Rita Moreno, Andrea McArdle, Clay Aiken, Lari White, and Jose Feliciano. He was invited to perform the National Anthem at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis Colts in September 2012.
Nick has had the honor to share the stage with cabaret stars like Michael Feinstein, Marilyn Maye, Ann Hampton Calloway, and Liz Calloway, and has opened for Barbara Cook, B.B. King, and more. He has performed with prestigious symphonies, including the Pasadena Pops conducted by Marvin Hamlisch, the Seattle Symphony, the San Francisco Symphony, the American Pops Orchestra, the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Symphoria in Syracuse, the Naples Philharmonic, and the Kravis Center Pops Orchestra.
He has performed at other venues all over the United States, including Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Feinstein's at 54 Below, Birdland, the Kennedy Center, the Kravis Center, the Palladium, the Wynn Las Vegas, Riverbend Music Center, and the Napa Valley Opera House. In 2016, he took his duo show with Julia Goodwin to Tuscany, Italy, to continue to spread the music of the Great American Songbook throughout the world.
Nick holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Rider University. He made his professional acting debut as the lead in the short film, The Last Pick Up, to be released in 2018. He was a featured act in Season 10 of America's Got Talent as part of the singing duo "Nick & Eddie" and a featured act on the television special broadcast Extraordinary (ABC Syracuse). His voice can be heard singing in national running commercial advertisements on TV and radio.
Ziobro's debut album – A LOT OF LIVIN' TO DO- produced by Michael Feinstein and featuring jazz greats Bucky Pizzarelli, Tedd Firth, Jay Leonhart and more – was released in May 2014.
