Roxy’s Downtown is thrilled to present the regional premiere of Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors, a 90-minute comedic reimagining of the gothic classic, opening on Wednesday, September 25. The play was first commissioned by the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in Florida and premiered off-Broadway at New World Stages in September 2023.
Roxy's Downtown Launches Education Program
Roxy's Downtown today announced its new education program as part of its mission to expand access to the arts. Beginning July 13, Roxy’s will offer 5 classes ranging from college audition prep, directing 101, acting for the camera, the art of self-tape auditions, and dialects & accents made easy.

Having wanted to start a Summer Theatre at Cowley College for the past five years, director of theatre Nick Albrecht is excited to announce the inaugural season of Summer Theatre thanks to a generous grant from the V.J. Wilkins Foundation and the hardworking staff at Cowley College.
The Summer Theatre will offer two productions as part of this first year: Guys & Dolls by Frank Loesser, Jo Swerling, and Abe Burrows, and Seussical, the musical by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.

OCP Presents Free Staged Reading of TREASURE ISLAND
A staged reading of Treasure Island will be held at the Omaha Community Playhouse as part of the Alternative Programming series Monday, Feb. 8, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in OCP's Hawks Mainstage Theatre. The showing is free and open to the public with the opportunity for donation. No tickets or reservations are necessary.
