Singer and Actor Jack Jones Dies at 86
Jack Jones, the renowned American singer and actor best known for his smooth pop vocals and contributions to the Great American Songbook, passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 86. Jones's career spanned over six decades, during which he won two Grammy Awards and received a total of five nominations.
Holiday Special Event Spotlights Sinatra Scholar Chuck Granata and Honors Christopher Riddle
A memorable musical event, featuring a heartfelt tribute to the untimely passing of the accomplished music director Christopher Riddle, son of legendary arranger Nelson Riddle, as well as an inspiring interview with distinguished Sinatra Scholar Charles L. 'Alternate Judy Album' Coming Featuring Unheard Takes From Judy Garland
Never-before-heard alternate takes for the songs on Judy Garland’s well-loved 1956 Capitol album entitled “Judy' are set to be released. These recordings were recently discovered by award-winning designer and collector Raphael Geroni on a unique set of acetate discs that he owns, preserving the original recordings made in late March, 1956.

JUST ONE LOOK, The Linda Ronstadt Cabaret Show, Moves to City Winery St. Louis on November 22nd
In January of 2023, Broadway World called JUST ONE LOOK, the theatrical cabaret show based on the music of Linda Ronstadt, the most anticipated theatrical event of the year. Just prior to the show opening, Linda Ronstadt's hit song “Long Long Time” was featured in an episode of MAX’s (formerly HBO) “This is Us,” and began screaming up the download charts. Interest in Ronstadt’s music was at a new high since her singing career had been cut short by illness. Now, following 12 sold-out performances at Blue Strawberry, JUST ONE LOOK will move to a much larger venue, City Winery St. Louis, to accommodate the demand for tickets. City Winery St. Louis will present JUST ONE LOOK on Wednesday, November 22nd at 7:30 pm.
