Judy Garland Tribute Starring Nancy Hays Comes to Oscar's Palm Springs
Chicago actress and musical entertainer Nancy Hays will perform in a special one-night cabaret event on Monday, January 23rd at Oscar's Palm Springs, presenting songs from Judy Garland's historic Carnegie Hall and London Palladium concerts, accompanied on the grand piano by award-winning music director Robert Ollis along with a jazz combo.
Nancy Hays and Mary Heffernan Will Perform a Mother's Day Concert Next Month
Actress and musical entertainer Nancy Hays and her daughter Mary Heffernan will perform a special Mother's Day Concert on Saturday, May 7th and Sunday, May 8th, presenting songs from the famed 'Live at the London Palladium' concert which featured Judy Garland on stage with her own 18 year-old daughter - Liza Minnelli, in November of 1964.

JUDY & LIZA - ONCE IN A LIFETIME: THE LONDON PALLADIUM CONCERT - A TRIBUTE will be presented at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago IL from March 5 to April 5, 2020. Shows are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm, with a special press opening performance at 3 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020 (no evening performance on March 7) and matinees on Thursdays, March 19 and 26 at 2 pm in place of evening performances on those two days. The engagement is co-produced by Greenhouse Theater Center and Nancy Hays Entertainment, Inc.

With book, music and lyrics by Alex Higgin-Houser and David Kornfeld, the actors accompany themselves to the stirring folk-infused score. Having spent the last two years workshopping the show, the authors alongside director Nick Thornton and musical director Robert Ollis have crafted an all-new theatrical experience - creating new songs, overhauling the book, and like the union workers from the show, building anew.
