BIO

Nadav Wiesel is an Israeli-born NYC-based composer and lyricist for musical theater, as well as an actor-singer.


Nadav created, and wrote music and lyrics to “The Femme Fatale Show” over nearly four years. The show was produced in London’s Camden Fringe Festival in August 2010. Nadav wrote music and lyrics for “The House By The Lake” which premiered in Acco Festival for Alternative Theater, and went on to perform in Festivals across Europe.
Nadav graduated with distinction from Tel Aviv University, where he studied Theater Arts and American Studies. Nadav wrote the musical score to several theatrical productions in Israel, including Ghelderode’s Escurial, Hanoch Levin’s ‘Execution’ and Lorca’s Doña Rosita the Spinster. “These Days. This Time” with lyrics by Ido Setter was premiered in ACT2 Festival in Haifa and continued to perform across Israel.

Nadav currently lives and writes in New York City. He is a proud member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop.
