Mercury Announces 2018-2019 Season
Antoine Plante, Artist Director, and Brian Ritter, Executive Director, announce Mercury's 2018-2019 season featuring a diverse range of masterpieces, from the Renaissance to the Romantic. Season soloists include violinist Rachel Barton Pine, tenor Nicholas Phan and pianist Alon Goldstein, as well as violinists Jonathan Godfrey and Oleg Sulyga. Of special note is the expansion of Mercury's Neighborhood Series due to popular demand, as well as the continuation of its collaboration with The Juilliard School's Historical Performance Program for the third consecutive year.

Josh Ritter will set out on an extensive U.S. headlining tour in 2016 in support of his latest album Sermon On The Rocks (out now out now via Pytheas Recordings/Thirty Tigers). Joined by The Royal City Band, this run of dates will include performances in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia and more.

Mercury Announces New Executive Director Brian A. Ritter
Mercury - The Orchestra Redefined announces after a national search the engagement of Brian A. Ritter as its new Executive Director, effective for the immediate 2013-14 season. Brian succeeds Deborah Lugo, who recently resigned to pursue graduate studies at Princeton University. Mr. Ritter's skill in audience development for orchestras, passion for the music, and strong management abilities made him the best candidate for Mercury's top administration role.
