BIO

Morgan Vaughan, M.F.A. Acting, The George Washington University and The Shakespeare Theatre, is a member of Actors’ Equity and SAG-AFTRA and a Certificate in Acting Shakespeare from RADA, London. A professional singer and actor for many years, she has played roles as varied as Patsy Cline, Lady Macbeth, Margie in "Good People," and Brooke in "Other Desert Cities." She has appeared in regional theaters throughout the country, including L.A.'s Attic Theatre, Wayside Theatre in Virginia, Springer Opera House in Georgia, and Hampton Theatre Company and has taught acting in West Virginia, and locally in Amagansett and at Ross School. She is extensively trained in physical acting, voice and text, and musical theatre. She also has been blessed to have studied with some of the biggest names in Entertainment: Alec Baldwin, Julie Wilson, Margaret Whiting, and Julie Andrews. Directing credits: "Hamlet" - a co-production with her theatre company (Round Table Theatre Company) and Guild Hall of East Hampton. She is the Executive Director of Local TV, Inc, a public access television station and media center in Wainscott, NY. Expertise: Contemporary and Classical Acting, Singing and Song Interpretation, Musical Theatre Performance, Acting for Non-Actors, Singing for the Actor
