Jamaican born Mitzie Pratt is a proud graduate of The City College of New York, where she received her BFA in Acting from The Leonard Davis Center for the Performing Arts. She also studied at The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University. New York stage credits include the New York premiere of Dahlia Harris' God’s Way at the 14th Street Y Theater, the award-winning Shango de Ima at The Nuyorican's Cafe, Three Sisters at Aaron Davis Hall and the American premiere presentation of Alwin Bully's McBee at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center. International credits include Feminine Justice and A Song for You in her native Jamaica. Onscreen, she has appeared in the 2022 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning feature NANNY, currently streaming on Amazon Prime and in the Amazon Prime drama series #LoveMyRoomie.
