The Henri Bendel Fifth Avenue flagship hosted a NYFW benefit event for NoBully.org to raise funds and awareness for anti-bullying efforts and BroadwayWorld was there! The event was organized by Carrie Berk (NYMF 2017 Award for Outstanding Individual Performance) and the all-kid cast of the New York Musical Festival's Peace, Love and Cupcakes: The Musical. The show joined forces with No Bully this summer and was awarded a special NYMF citation for turning a musical into a full-fledged social inclusivity movement.

The New York Musical Festival and Center Stage Theatre Company have announced that James Ignacio (King and I), Diego Lucano (School of Rock), Eliza Holland Madore (Matilda), Madison Mullahey (Mary Poppins, Shrek), as well as the show's own 14-year-old co-playwright, Carrie Berk (NYMF Camp Rolling Hills) will lead the company of PEACE, LOVE AND CUPCAKES: THE MUSICAL as part of the 2017 New York Musical Festival.

BWW Review: The Engeman's MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET
The hustle and bustle of the Christmas season is about to get under way and, as always, the John W. Engeman Theatre excellently delivers a fabulous holiday production. This years' offering, running through January 4th, is the musical Miracle On 34th Street by Meredith Willson based on the classic movie.
