Review: CLUELESS THE MUSICAL, Trafalgar Theatre
by Debbie Gilpin - Mar 14, 2025
It’s 30 years since Amy Heckerling’s American high school adaptation of Emma hit cinema screens, so how better to mark that than with a move to the stage? Fresh from try-outs in Bromley last year, the musical adaptation has just opened in the West End; Heckerling’s book is backed by music from KT Tunstall and lyrics by Glenn Slater - as opposed to the first attempt at adapting the film for Off Broadway, which had more of a jukebox musical feel.

by Shelby Tyler - May 25, 2023

Review: MY FAIR LADY at Robinson Center
by Theresa Bertram - May 23, 2023
What did our critic think of MY FAIR LADY at Robinson Center? With a little bit of luck Broadway World was able to catch the amazing masterpiece of the Lincoln Center Theater Production of MY FAIR LADY at Robinson Center, 426 West Markham St., in Little Rock, Friday, May 19. Directed by Bartlett Sher with tour direction by Samantha Saltzman, this Lerner and Loewe classic whisked us away to London to follow a flower girl on her quest to raise her station in life. I do love a good girl-power tale, especially when it is infused with song after memorable song.
