Kwofe Coleman Named Muny's Next President and CEO
The Muny Board of Directors announced today the appointment of Kwofe Coleman as the theatre's next president and CEO, effective January 1, 2022. He will succeed Denny Reagan, who has been with The Muny since 1968, and has served as president and CEO since 1991.

Chicago Arts Leader Named Weidner Center Executive and Artistic Director
After a nationwide search, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay announced today the appointment of Chicago arts leader Kelli Strickland as the new executive and artistic director of the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. Provost Greg Davis announced the appointment. Strickland begins her new role October 31, 2017.
National YoungArts Foundation Names New President And CEO
The Board of Trustees of the National YoungArts Foundation today announced the appointment of Carolina Garcia Jayaram as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Jayaram succeeds Michael Kaiser, Interim Chief Executive Officer. She will assume her post on June 20, 2016.

Chicago Human Rhythm Project Awarded Bloomberg Philanthropies Grant
The Chicago Human Rhythm Project (CHRP) has announced that it is a grantee recipient of Bloomberg Philanthropies' Arts Innovation and Management (AIM) program. Through the two-year initiative, Bloomberg Philanthropies is providing $30 million across 262 small and mid-sized nonprofit cultural organizations around the country to help strengthen their operational and programming efforts, including training in fundraising, audience development and board member engagement.
