Michael Diamond was born and raised in the New York City Metro Area and in Gainesville, Florida. He began acting professionally at age 11 in a commercial for Stand Up 2 Cancer after being discovered by a NY casting director. Since then, Michael has acted in short independent films and commercials in New York. In Gainesville, Florida, where he studied theater since age 12, Michael held roles in high school plays and Florida District Thespian troupe competitions, where he earned acting awards. He then studied performing arts at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, earning an AA degree in 2019. Michael played Dill in "To Kill a Mockingbird", Young George Bailey in "It's a Wonderful Life" and a guard in the ensemble of The Who's "Tommy" musical at the Acrosstown Repertory Theater in Gainesville. He is thrilled to play Hans in "Black Feminist Video Game" at The Civilians and thanks his agent, his manager, his mentors and teachers and his parents for all of their support.
