Greensky Bluegrass Adds Dates to Summer Tour Ahead of New EP
Bluegrass-Americana troubadours, Greensky Bluegrass have announced seven new tour dates to their Summer tour that will bring the band throughout the northeast and southeast this July and August. Tickets are on sale at 10:00AM local this Friday, May 10. The new dates build on the band’s extensive summer tour that includes several festival appearances including Mill Valley, DelFest, Bonnaroo and more. The band’s summer tour officially kicks off in Kansas City on June 6.
Greensky Bluegrass to Release New EP The Iceland Sessions ft. Holly Bowling
Greensky Bluegrass is thrilled to announce The Iceland Sessions due out May 10. The EP was recorded at Flóki Studios in the summer of 2023, just before their first-ever Icelandic run of shows at Reykjavik’s Harpa Concert Hall. Following the release of The Iceland Sessions, Greensky will set out on their summer tour which kicks off on June 6 in Kansas City, MO.

Winter Tour will kick off on January 11 in Jacksonville, FL and includes shows at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway, two nights at Washington D.C.’s The Anthem, Chicago’s The Salt Shed, and two nights at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium among many others.
Greensky Bluegrass Announce 2023 NYE Run
The band will make their return to Colorado’s Front Range for two shows each at the Dillon Amphitheater and Red Rocks Amphitheatre in September. Then in October and November, the band will continue touring the US, plus a stop in Mexico in early December for their annual Strings and Sol festival.

The song was co-written by Greensky’s Paul Hoffman (mandolin, vocals) and Joshua Davis (Steppin' In It, Shout Sister Shout). After Davis lost his father and received a son days apart, the timing of back-to-back congratulations and condolences provided striking context to the complexity of life and friendship.

The 16-date tour will kick off on January 12 in Buffalo, NY, and will travel throughout the East Coast and Midwest including the band's debut performances at the historic Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, NJ, and the Stanley Theater in Utica, NY. The winter tour will wrap up with two nights in Chicago on February 3 and 4.

Ahead of the newly announced fall dates, the band will embark on an eight-show run with The Wood Brothers that kicks off on August 11, and in September Greensky will perform two nights at Colorado's iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. To round out the year the band will host a special two-night night New Year's Eve run in Atlanta at The Tabernacle.
