Merle Frimark heads her own international marketing, public relations and artist representation company based in New York. Her work has encompassed theatre, music, television, dance, film, special events and politics in addition to independent and international projects.

She has represented hundreds of Broadway, off-Broadway and touring productions including I'm Not A Comedian..I'm Lenny Bruce, Chita: A Legendary Celebration, Chita & Tune: Just In Time, Riverdance, Rain-A Tribute to The Beatles, Celtic Woman, Chita Rivera-The Dancer’s Life, Jerry Seinfeld on Broadway, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Cirque du Soleil, The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cats, HAIR, Godspell and many more.

James Rado, the Tony and Grammy Award-winning sole surviving co-creator of the ground-breaking Broadway musical HAIR - The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical, died peacefully Tuesday evening, June 21, 2022 in New York City surrounded by his loving family.

Shelley L. Ackerman Performer and Astrologer Has Died

Shelley L. Ackerman, who began her career at age 17 as a comedic singer and waitress at the famed clubs The Improvisation and Catch A Rising Star, died on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Manhattan. She passed peacefully this morning surrounded by family and friends. She was 66 years old. The cause of death was cancer related said her friend, publicist Merle Frimark. 'My Libra sister fought courageously for a long time,' Frimark said.
