Megan Tatum is a professional performer and choreographer currently performing all over the country. She received a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Sciences Pre-Physical Therapy and a B.A. in Integration of Dance, Music, and Theatre Performance self-designed Interdisciplinary Study form the College of William and Mary. While studying at the college, Megan was performing professionally with companies such as Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Virginia Repertory Theatre, Riverside Dinner Theatre, and Virginia Musical Theatre.
Megan has taught dance to students of all ages and abilities with her favorite styles being ballet, musical theatre, jazz, contemporary, and pointe. She has also taught workshops in physical theatre and young dancer injury prevention.
When not performing, Megan is a nanny to children of all ages including those with severe special needs. She has leadership experience in volunteering with different medical organizations and doing physical therapy with patients of all ages and abilities. Megan has extensive internship experience with performers on Broadway and in the major ballet companies in New York City working in office and backstage at shows such as Matilda and Wicked.
