Lakewood Theatre Company Presents THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW
Lakewood Theatre Company continues its 67th season of live theatre with the out-of-this-world musical The Rocky Horror Show. Featuring music, lyrics and book by Richard O'Brien, this stage version is the inspiration for the iconic classic film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. When an innocent young couple stumbles upon a mansion in the middle of a storm, they find they're in for the ride of their lives when they discover that the owner of the house is the mad scientist Dr. Frank 'N' Furter! A loving homage to the classic B sci-fi film and horror genres with an irresistible rock'n'roll score. The Rocky Horror Show is a hilarious, wild romp that no audience will soon forget.

Jackalope's 5th Annual Living Newspapers Festival to Run 8/20-24
Jackalope Theatre Company presents the 5th Annual Living Newspapers Festival. In homage to the 1930's Living Newspapers of the Federal Theatre Project, Jackalope has assembled an exciting group of Chicago playwrights, directors, and actors to dramatize stories ripped from recent newspaper headlines. All My Love is a smart, fun and thoughtful look into the world of polyamory and is the fifth production presented by Diamante Productions. All My Love makes its world premiere Sunday, March 22 at 3:30 p.m. at the Theatre Building Chicago, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., and runs through Sunday, May 10. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3:30 p.m. Previews for All My Love are Thursday, March 19 - Saturday, March 21 at 8 p.m.

Gregor and the Squonk is a modern fairy-tale; a twisted, yet touching examination of how far people are willing to go for the sake of beauty. Set in a Pennsylvania forest during the dead of winter, Gregor and the Squonk centersaround Gregor Courtepy, a hunter deeply devoted to his vain wife, Margaret. After a countless number of plastic surgeries leaves her broken and self-loathing, Gregor enlists the help of their doctor to find a creature rumored to grant eternal beauty to whoever captures it.
