American Shakespeare Center (ASC) finishes its 35th Anniversary Season and its celebration of the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare's First Folio with a flourish, with vivid portrayals of two of Shakespeare's most complex and compelling characters: the bitter, tortured prince Hamlet and the proud, relentless warrior Coriolanus.
American Shakespeare Center Summer 2022 Season To Include Antoinette Nwandu's PASS OVER

Added to the list of previously announced titles will be the Antoinette Nwandu's groundbreaking drama Pass Over, which thrilled audiences on Broadway in summer 2021.

30th Anniversary Artistic Year Begins At Blackfriars Playhouse

The American Shakespeare Center (ASC) began its 30th Anniversary Artistic Year with the launch of the 2018 Summer/Fall Season and a performance of As You Like It on June 13. The 2018 Summer/Fall Season will also feature a world-premiere adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma by Emma Whipday, Richard III, and George Etherege's The Man of Mode.
