Meaghan Gates

Meaghan has been involved in the theatre since the age of seven. She fell in love with Musical Theatre when her mom treated her to a sit down production of Phantom of the Opera in San Francisco. Before that she was very artistic and constantly singing and dancing around the house. After playing the title role in an Children's Theatre production of Annie, she started vocal training in both classical and Broadway styles. She also continued to train in dance and play sports. In High School she switched to pursuing Theatre full time and went on to graduate with a BA in Drama from UC Irvine. She is an EMC and has expanded her horizons to Regional and Community Stage work, and is starting to explore Camera Work. Som Favorite Roles include Demeter in "Cats", Cinderella in "Into The Woods", u/s Eliza in "My Fair Lady" and Hodel in "Fiddler on the Roof." She is very grateful for her amazing teachers, family and friends and blessed to have so many people who support her on the way to achieving her dreams.
