BIO

Matthew Webb is a theatre and dance lighting designer based in Seattle, WA, where he currently pursues a master's degree from the University of Washington School of Drama. Matt has worked frequently in Austin, TX, often with ZACH Theatre (including designs for LES MISERABLE, THE KING AND I, PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, and ONE NIGHT WITH JANIS) and also with Mary Moody Northen Theatre and Austin Community College. Regionally, he's designed for San Jose Repertory Theatre, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, and Phoenix Theatre, and in Seattle, Matt's designs have been seen in UW co-productions with Washington Ensemble Theatre and The Horse in Motion.

Great Lakes Theater has announced the return of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, a beloved holiday tradition in Northeast Ohio, running from November 29 to December 22, 2024, at the Mimi Ohio Theatre.

Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning musical Into the Woods (directed by Victoria Bussert) and William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (directed by Producing Artistic Director Sara Bruner) will be performed through November 10, 2024, in the intimate Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square sharing a single, intricately designed set that subtly connects these fantastical tales.
