Matt Werner

Matt Werner is a playwright, writer, and editor from the San Francisco Bay Area. He's best known for his Off-Broadway show Agnus, which he co-wrote with Ise Lyfe and Burning Man: The Musical which he wrote with the composer Gene Back. Matt's writing has been published by Berkeleyside, The Huffington Post, McSweeney’s, and The Rumpus.

Since 2010, Matt has worked as a technical writer at Google, where his writing has been translated into 40 languages and quoted in dozens of publications, including The Wall Street Journal.
