HBO & Filmspotting to Host Advance Screenings of SHARP OBJECTS in Seattle and Chicago
To celebrate the new limited drama series SHARP OBJECTS joining the network's summer lineup, HBO is partnering with film podcast FILMSPOTTING to host advance screenings in SEATTLE and CHICAGO. The Seattle event onJune 19th will feature an advance screening of the series premiere and Q&A with series co-star Chris Messina. On Friday the 13th of July, Gillian Flynn, author, writer and executive producer will join Chicagoans for a sneak peek of episode two followed by a panel discussion moderated by Filmspotting.

Reporter Camille Preaker returns to her small hometown to cover the murder of one preteen girl and the abduction of another. Trying to put together a psychological puzzle from her past, she finds herself identifying with the young victims a bit too closely.

Based on the book by Gillian Flynn, author of Gone Girl, a reporter (Amy Adams) returns home to cover a grisly murder. Starring Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson, Chris Messina, Eliza Scanlen, Elizabeth Perkins and Matt Craven, Sharp Objects comes July 2018 to HBO.

Internationally acclaimed actress Michelle Fairley, best known for her role as Catelyn Stark on HBO's “Game of Thrones,” will return -- in more ways than one -- to network television this fall, in a season-long arc on ABC's hit series, “Resurrection.” The second-season premiere of “Resurrection” will air SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) on the network.

ABC Studios Announce New 2013-2014 Series Orders
ABC Studios had another banner development year with nine new shows ordered to series. New dramas "Betrayal," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," along with new comedies "Trophy Wife" and "Mixology," were picked up at ABC. New drama "Intelligence" was ordered at CBS. ABC Studios had the most drama orders of any studio.
