Citizens Theatre And Good Chance Theatre Invite Glaswegians To Join Kite-Flying Festival
On Saturday 20th August 2022, marking one year on since the fall of Kabul, Good Chance Theatre (creators of The Jungle and The Walk with Amal) in collaboration with partners across UK and Europe, including the Citizens Theatre, will launch Fly With Me, a multi-city one day festival of kite-flying. Fly With Me invites people everywhere to build and fly their own kite in an epic act of solidarity and welcome to the people of Afghanistan – and all those seeking refuge.
Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe Presents PIPELINE
Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe will be back onstage – albeit with a limited cast and for the purpose of filming rather than presenting live – for the pandemic-delayed production of Dominique Morisseau’s noted work, “Pipeline.” WBTT is currently rehearsing the show, which it will film, present during one week of outdoor screenings.

Catskill's adventurous Bridge Street Theatre celebrates Women's History Month by hosting a touring production of Si Kahn's rousing 'Mother Jones in Heaven'. Starring Vivian Nesbitt ('Breaking Bad') accompanied by guitarist John Dillon ('Art of the Song' on NPR), this one-woman musical about the notorious labor organizer famed for her tireless efforts on behalf of the rights of miners, mill workers, and child laborers will be presented on BST's newly-re-christened Charles and Priscilla Patterson Mainstage for three performances only, March 13-15, 2020.

Luckily, there's one on hand... and his name is Shrek.
