The Philip K. Dick Science Fiction Film Festival, a celebrated gathering that spotlights the literary genius of novelist Philip K. Dick, has unveiled the full lineup for its eighth annual season. Events include film screenings and premieres, panel discussions, virtual reality demonstrations, and the launch of a new screenplay competition aimed at enhancing the filmmaking experience for audiences. As a platform for critical thinkers who explore the benefits and obstacles of science and technology, the festival showcases a variety of themes associated with independent storytelling. Kids Summer Theater Programs Announced in Union and Cranford
After more than ten years in Cranford, The Theater Project is replicating its very popular young people's summer theater program in Union Township. Both programs will run from late June to early August and culminate in a weekend of performances for friends, family and the community. Along the way, students 8-18 will act, sing, build confidence in themselves, make friends and have a wonderful time.

2010 Daytime Emmy Nominations Announced!
The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the nominees for the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards. Many of the major categories were announced this morning on 'CBS News' 'The Early Show,' by Bree Williamson (Jessica Brennan on 'One Life to Live,' ABC) and Travis Stork ('The Doctors,' Syndicated) including the naming of the Lifetime Achievement honoree, Agnes Nixon, the grand dame of Daytime serial drama.
Dramaworks To Present Scenes From 'Memory Keeper' 5/15
Some of South Florida's finest actors including Loureleen Snedecker, Patti Gardner, John Van Dalen and Justin Sims will bring the written word to life, when West Palm Beach's only resident professional theatre, Palm Beach Dramaworks, presents scenes from Kim Edward's book 'The Memory Keeper's Daughter,'as part of the county-wide 'Read Together Palm Beach County: One Book One Community' program on May 15th (5:30PM) at the Harriet Himmel Theater at City Place. This one-time-only performance will feature scenes adapted and staged for the program by Mark Lynch with J. Barry Lewis as dramaturge.
