The band will explore insights and memories in tribute of their friend and band leader, PRINCE. Then on Monday, May 1st, the band will be featured LIVE on SiriusXM's VOLUME channel (106) for an hour-long Town Hall Q & A with esteemed journalist, Alan Light and former MTV VJ, Mark Goodman.

Original MTV VJs to Make Appearance at ROCK OF AGES at The Venetian, 7/22
On Saturday, July 20, the Original MTV VJs: Alan Hunter, Martha Quinn, Nina Blackwood and Mark Goodman are set to appear at The Venetian for a book signing. Their new book, "The Unplugged Adventures of MTV's First Wave," offers a behind-the-scenes history of the early years of MTV, 1981 to 1987, when it was exploding, reshaping the culture, and creating "the MTV generation." (Note: a limited supply of books will be available for purchase.)

To aid the ongoing Hurricane Sandy relief efforts the four original MTV VJs (Nina Blackwood, Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter, Martha Quinn) have all signed two limited advance paperback proofs of their upcoming book, VJ-THE UNPLUGGED ADVENTURES OF MTV'S FIRST WAVE (Atria Books; May 7, 2013), for auction on eBay Giving Works with all profits going to New York Cares and Best Friends Animal Society.
