Marjie Shrimpton is an actor-dancer-singer in NYC. She is the solo performer and creator of "What Would Judy Do? A Judy Garland Cabaret," which has played to sold-out houses in NYC, Minneapolis and Grand Rapids, MN. Regional: The Skin of Our Teeth (Telegraph Boy, Muse, Hester/Berkshire Theatre Group), White Christmas (Judy Haynes/La Comedia Dinner Theatre). NY theatre: Apšu at Dusk (Columbia SoA), Arden/Everywhere: The As You Like It Project (BPAC, Asst. Movement Dir.), The Goree All-Girl String Band (NYMF, Movement Asst.), The Bad Years (Kerrigan-Lowdermilk), And It Felt Like a Kiss (Dixon Place). She has been a featured jazz singer at the Museum of the City of New York and has performed works by notable choreographers Twyla Tharp, Larry Keigwin and Sidra Bell.
