BWW Review: MEMPHIS at The Gateway
It's Memphis, Tennessee and disc jockey Huey Calhoun is showcasing a bright new singer and musical style on his radio show. The hip new sound of Felicia Farrell becomes a hit over the airwaves and the amateur is ultimately headed for stardom. Huey and Felicia's relationship goes from professional to personal and trouble ensues. Romance, racism, and rock and roll all serve as the backdrop for the Gateway Theater's magnificent production of 'Memphis.'

BWW Review: MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET at The Gateway
After a spectacular season kick-off Tony winning classic Anything Goes, the Gateway continues to dazzle with a rocking rendition of Tony nominee Million Dollar Quartet. On Broadway during the 2010/2011 season, this is the story of the historic jam session that included legends Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins. BWW Reviews: NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT at the Gateway
It is truly a pleasure seeing Nice Work If You Can Get It at Bellport's Gateway Theatre. It has a zany and charming story, a beautiful Gershwin score, and the theatre is absolutely stunning. Most importantly, however, the cast is super-beyond talented. After all, many of them come from Broadway.
BWW Reviews: The Gateway's 42ND STREET
You will find it truly refreshing to attend Gateway Theatre's beautiful incarnation of the Tony winning musical 42nd Street. I know what you're thinking... 42nd Street is done frequently... and you are correct. However, the right cast and a top notch director - Broadway's Randy Skinner who had a hand in the original Broadway production as well as the 2001 Broadway revival - breathes new life into a theatre staple.
BWW Reviews: The Gateway's SINGIN' IN THE RAIN
Singin' In The Rain, the Tony nominated musical based on the famous MGM film, is certainly a must see among theatre attendees. With a screenplay by Betty Comden & Adolph Green and music by Nacio Herb Brown & Arthur Reed, Gateway's fantastic incarnation runs through August 10th and will surely have you leaving the theatre with a smile.
BWW Reviews: The Gateways’ Loverly Production of MY FAIR LADY
It is easy to see why Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewes' My Fair Lady has been called "the perfect musical". The music is beautiful, the story is heartwarming, and when you have a cast like the one at Bellports' Gateway Playhouse, you're in for a special treat.
