BIO
Maggie (she/ her) is a Taiwanese-born musical director and pianist from Hong Kong. She received her training at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, funded by the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme.
Maggie is passionate about musical theatre and actively participates in musical productions worldwide. Recent credits include: Grave of the Fireflies (MD, Taiwan Tour), Rain Weaver (MD/Composer, The Cockpit Theatre), Hadestown (MD, Italia Conti), Cry-Baby (MD, Performance Preparation Academy), Little Shop of Horrors (MD, Performance Preparation Academy), Family and I (MD, Actors Family (HK)), EMMA: No One But Herself (AMD, Mountview), The Addams Family (AMD, Mountview), and Lucky Stiff (AMD, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts). In addition, she is committed to educating the next generation about music and musical theatre.

The story dives into a war-torn Japan where Seita, a 15 year old boy tries everything in his power to take care of his 5 year old sister Setsuko whilst battling the death of their parents.
