Dirty Laundry Theatre Announces Development of New Play LIGHT HEART HEAVY
Dirty Laundry Theatre has announced the development of the new theatrical experience Light Heart Heavy (working title), by Maera Daniel Hagage and Eliya Rodeh. After a successful workshop presentation at The Tank on 1/27, the play is planned to go into full stage production later this year.
Eliya Rodeh to Host Virago Ensemble's IT'S A SMALL WORLD in April
Virago Ensemble will present It's a Small World, a celebration of Disney songs in different languages. This evening will feature an international cast singing songs from the most beloved Disney movies that we all grew up on, in their native languages. Eliya Rodeh will host the evening that will be held at the Duplex in April. The cast includes Samia Omari, Nadav Wiesel, Maera Daniel Hagage, Lucia Hernandez, Eliya Rodeh and more. Rising Sun Performance Company (RSP) returns to the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity (PCTF) for the fifth consecutive year, with the World Premiere of ELEPHANT, written by Eva MeiLing Pollitt. The production is co-directed by RSP Artistic Director, Akia Squitieri, and Associate Artistic Director, Anna Hogan. ELEPHANT runs for at the 10th annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festival will take place July 11th through August 5th at the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center.
