Mabel was most recently seen in the Children's Theatre Company's world premiere of An American Tail in a variety of ensemble roles, including as the ill-fated, “Stu.” She has performed in the Twin Cities at The Guthrie, The Ordway, Theater Latté Da, Children’s Theatre Company, Artistry, Stages and Park Square Theater, as well as in many community and school productions. Career highlights include Cindy Lou Who in Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Manny and “Cheese Touch Girl” in Diary of a Wimpy Kid the Musical, Tiny Tim in Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol, Gretl von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Belinda Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, Jane Banks in Mary Poppins, the title role in Annie and Fredrika in A Little Night Music and Viola in Twelfth Night. She has shared a stage with Dolly Parton, Steve Martin and Martin Short, though not all at once. She has studied acting in Minneapolis, LA and in the National High School Institute (“Cherubs” program) at Northwestern University. Mabel has a number of film and commercial acting credits; in Minneapolis she is represented by Moore Creative Agency and the Wehmann Agency. When not performing, she enjoys playing piano, baking, ukulele, Ultimate frisbee, hanging out with her family, and writing songs with her brothers.
